SY 2026-2027: Early Childhood Chinese Lead Teacher (Pre-K3 and Pre-K4)

Lead teachers are responsible for providing instruction in mandarin chinese for pre-K3 and pre-K4 students, teaching all content areas in the target language for approximately 90% of the day while fostering a student-Centered, equitable, and inclusive learning environment. Key duties include developing culturally sustaining lessons, analyzing student data, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining strong family engagement.

Candidates must possess fluency in speaking, reading, and writing mandarin chinese and ideally hold a bachelor's or master's degree in education or curriculum and instruction. A minimum of two years of teaching experience is preferred, along with deep knowledge of student-Centered curriculum and learning standards.
