SY 2026-2027: Dedicated Aide

The dedicated aide will support students with special needs throughout the school day by assisting with lessons, daily activities, and related services, while also implementing prescribed behavioral strategies and positive behavior support in all settings. Key duties include collaborating closely with the lead teacher and special education team on planning, data collection, and implementing specialized instruction and aba strategies within the inclusion classroom.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma, though an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least two years of classroom experience, ideally in an urban public school setting. Essential qualities include being energetic, flexible, creative, and capable of excelling within a multidisciplinary team in a multicultural environment.
