Pro Deo Program Assistant - Part Time

The program assistant will support afterschool, summer, and friday night programs by demonstrating, instructing, and leading planned and spontaneous activities for enrolled teens. This role also involves maintaining a safe environment, building positive relationships with students, tracking progress, communicating with parents, and transporting students using a company van.

Candidates must be available for a part-Time schedule, typically around 20 hours a week, with varying hours depending on the season and program needs. A high school diploma or ged is required, along with excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and intermediate computer proficiency in typing, microsoft word, and excel.
