Y Club Youth Development Leader

This role involves providing direct supervision and leading a group of elementary-Aged children in before and after school activities, ensuring their safety and implementing planned group activities. Responsibilities also include modeling positive interactions, enforcing rules with dignity, and adhering to all ymca and licensing procedures.

Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent required at kansas sites, though one year or more of college is preferred. Previous experience working with school-Age children, demonstrated leadership skills, and a commitment to quality youth development services are necessary.
