Early Childhood Teaching Fellow

Responsibilities include assisting lead teachers in planning and facilitating engaging, nature-Rich, play-Based learning experiences while supporting children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. Fellows will also help create a safe classroom environment and collaborate with the team on teaching key concepts like executive function and perspective taking.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, responsible, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in working with young children, although no prior experience is required as training will be provided. Applicants must be strong communicators, team players, possess a positive attitude, and enjoy spending time outdoors in all weather.
