As the lead behavior technician, the role involves providing 1

1 aba therapy, maintaining composure during challenging sessions, and assisting other technicians in developing steadiness and understanding behavior communication. The lead bt will also collaborate closely with on-Site bcbas for clinical guidance and support.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and current rbt certification, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in aba, preferably with experience or interest in training other technicians. Excellent communication skills and a history of close collaboration with bcbas are essential.
