Community Center Summer Day Camp Team/Program Leader

The team leader will assist the summer camp director by providing a safe and structured daily activity schedule for a group of eight to ten campers aged 5 to 12 years. Essential duties include leading various activities, ensuring health and safety procedures are followed, and acting as a mediator and role model for the children.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate a strong desire and ability to work effectively within a team and with children. Key attributes include effective communication skills, the ability to lead activities, and maintaining an energetic, patient, and safety-Oriented demeanor.
