Bilingual Youth Care Worker PM 2 pm to 10 pm - Seton Home

This role involves supervising residents, engaging in age-Appropriate activities with children, maintaining cottage cleanliness, and managing daily routines including meals and chores for teen mothers and their children in a residential setting. Responsibilities also include computer documentation, processing and dispensing medications, and assisting with intakes, discharges, and appointments.

Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of employment experience in the child welfare field working with children or adolescents in a social service setting, alongside a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred. Applicants must be fluent in both english and spanish, have reliable transportation, and pass extensive background checks and screenings.
