Instructional Coach- Secondary (2026-2027 School Year)

Instructional coaches will partner with staff through coaching to improve instructional practices, implement district and building initiatives, and deliver job-Embedded professional learning to increase student achievement. Responsibilities include facilitating reflection on practices, modeling teaching approaches, and training staff on evidence-Based strategies for academics and behavior.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of classroom teaching experience across various grade levels and hold a valid kansas teaching license, along with a bachelor's degree; a master's degree is preferred. Essential abilities include strong organization, effective communication, decision-Making skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
