Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians provide evidence-Based behavioral therapy, teaching communication, social, self-Help, and play skills to individuals using applied behavioral analysis principles. This involves collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions while maintaining an energetic and professional demeanor.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have reliable personal transportation with a valid license and insurance for traveling to client homes. Applicants must also be willing to complete onboarding requirements, including background clearance, a negative tb test, a physical exam, and necessary immunizations.
