Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians provide evidence-Based behavioral therapy, teaching communication, social, self-Help, and play skills to individuals using applied behavioral analysis principles. This role involves providing in-Home and community-Based aba therapy while collecting necessary behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have reliable personal transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance. Applicants must also be willing to complete onboarding requirements, including training, background clearance, and providing proof of a negative tb test and necessary immunizations.
