In-School ABA Therapist/RBT

The role involves implementing applied behavior analysis (Aba) methods to address behavioral goals and support student progress through individual and group therapy sessions. Key duties also include collaborating with teachers and parents, maintaining accurate records, and providing updates to the bcba.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and prior experience in aba or similar settings is preferred, though rbt certification is advantageous but not mandatory. The position requires strong knowledge of aba principles, effective communication skills, and the physical ability to handle demands up to lifting 50 lbs.
