Supported Employment Specialist I (Job Coach)

The specialist provides direct and indirect job coaching and employment supports to individuals with disabilities to help them develop and maintain skills for competitive integrated employment. This includes conducting assessments, supporting job development, providing follow-Along services, and collaborating with teams to build professional skills and employer relationships.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related human services field and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in human services, education, or rehabilitation settings. Essential qualifications include strong relationship-Building, communication, and documentation skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain specific certifications like cpr/First aid and acre.
