Part-Time Swim Instructor - Tualatin

The instructor will train with a mentor to learn proven methods, teach weekly lessons, and actively cheer on student milestones while maintaining a positive relationship with students and parents. A primary duty involves keeping safety a top priority for everyone in and around the pool during active, in-The-Water teaching sessions for children aged 6 months to 12 years.

Candidates must love working with children, possess positive energy, and be reliable, safety-Minded, and professional with strong communication skills. The role requires the ability to work set evening and weekend shifts and be comfortable being active in the water, though previous teaching or swim experience is not required as paid training is provided.
