The physical therapist will provide high-Quality care to patients at the outpatient oakbrook rehab services clinic and nearby clinics. Responsibilities include direct patient care, collaboration with other healthcare professionals, and participation in departmental processes and improvement initiatives.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in physical therapy and be a licensed physical therapist in the state of illinois. A bls certification from the american heart association is required upon hire, with a preference for candidates holding a master's or doctoral degree in physical therapy.
