School Based Support Specialist

The specialist will provide direct support and activities aligned with comprehensive treatment plans, working closely with students, families, and community resources to promote well-Being. This role involves applying behavioral science principles to help youth thrive in their home and community environments while managing a caseload and providing crisis services.

A bachelor's degree in a related field or an associate of applied science in behavioral health support is generally required, though combinations of education and experience are accepted, including four years of qualifying experience in mental health or related fields. Candidates must also be at least 21, have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and pass comprehensive background checks.
