Early Learning Teaching Fellow

The early education teaching fellow will float between classes, assisting the lead teacher to foster a joyful and rewarding learning environment rich in content and hands-On experiences. This role involves supporting classroom management, academic support, monitoring students during non-Scheduled times, and assisting with administrative and disciplinary efforts while learning the school's model for future lead teacher roles.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, with a preference for early education, and demonstrate deep knowledge and passion for the subject matter, along with the ability to differentiate instruction. Essential qualifications include strong communication skills, openness to feedback, creativity in instruction, a cooperative attitude, and a strong work ethic, plus the ability to obtain a fingerprint clearance card.
