Primary School Teacher - Grade 2

Learning expert teachers (Lets) are responsible for one classroom of students all day, working with the subject expert teacher to deliver lessons and engage students effectively. Lets utilize pedagogical expertise to provide individualized or small group instruction while maintaining optimal classroom behavior standards.

Candidates must possess deep subject knowledge, the ability to differentiate instruction for rigorous content, and strong communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and parents. A bachelor's or master's degree in early childhood or elementary education is required, along with demonstrated success in student achievement and classroom management.
