Security Officer

The security officer provides essential security services for students, faculty, staff, visitors, and facilities through physical security measures like patrols and cctv monitoring. Key duties include enforcing regulations, responding promptly to emergencies, investigating incidents, and managing access control to ensure a safe and compliant environment.

Minimum qualifications require a high school diploma/Equivalent and at least one year of related experience, along with a valid hawaii driver's license and required security/First aid certifications or the ability to obtain them shortly after hiring. Candidates must be able to work independently on a rotational schedule, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient with basic computer applications.
