Direct Support Professional

As a direct support professional, you will guide children and teens with developmental disabilities in daily activities at home and in the community, teaching them essential social, self-Help, and independence skills. You will also be responsible for supporting their progress, following behavior plans, and tracking milestones to foster growth and independence.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a genuine love for working with children, along with reliable transportation to serve clients. The role requires reliability and a commitment to growth while supporting clients' daily lives and development.
