Key duties include using appropriate communication to encourage behavioral improvement, gathering and analyzing relevant student data, and developing/Implementing behavior improvement plans (Bips) using researched-Based interventions.

Requirements summary

A four-Year college degree is preferred, along with training in at least one research-Based behavior strategy like conflict resolution. Candidates should ideally have two years of experience in an urban school setting, or any equivalent combination of education and experience, and must attend cpi training if required.
