NBHWC-Certified Health Coach Certification Practical Skills Instructor

The instructor will conduct 1

1 practical skills assessment sessions with students across three windows during 20-Week cohorts, which involves watching coaching videos, grading them using the approved rubric, and providing 20-Minute feedback sessions. They must also provide ongoing feedback for continuous program improvement based on student interactions.

Candidates must be nbhwc certified coaches and must have completed 200 hours of health coaching after achieving board certification. Familiarity with teaching nbhwc's core curriculum and comfort with live instruction technology and zoom feedback sessions are also required.
