SPED Paraprofessional

Paraprofessionals assist in the educational and social development of students under the guidance of teachers, focusing on implementing individual education plans (Ieps) and monitoring student progress. They also provide direct support to individual students both inside and outside the classroom, collaborating with various therapists and professionals.

Candidates must possess a passion for working with students and families in underserved communities and hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with some college experience being preferred. Effective communication skills with staff, students, and families are also required.
