Core responsibilities
The specialist will recruit highly effective educators across an assigned region, developing critical relationships to maintain a robust candidate pool while managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Key deliverables include identifying, sourcing, and screening mission-Aligned staff, executing strategic recruitment plans, and facilitating all aspects of the hiring process from screening through onboarding support.
Requirements summary
Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in recruitment, sales, or marketing, along with a minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting experience heavily focused on sourcing. A demonstrated ability to meet rigorous goals while maintaining high quality and the flexibility to work occasional extended hours are also required.
