26/27 Elementary Teacher

Teachers are responsible for ensuring all scholars master necessary academic and social skills by setting ambitious achievement goals and holding scholars accountable. This involves creating a powerful learning environment, planning and delivering rigorous instruction, and assessing mastery while tracking and intervening on scholar progress as needed.

Candidates must possess a passion for working with students and families in underserved communities and hold a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution, along with a valid state teacher license or enrollment in a credentialing program. Effective pedagogical skills driven by standards and data-Driven assessment experience are also required.
