26/27 Flex Teacher

The flex teacher supports teachers of record to ensure all scholars master necessary academic and social skills, assisting in setting ambitious achievement goals and holding scholars accountable. Additionally, this role requires the ability to step in as the teacher of record if a vacancy arises within the school.

Candidates must possess a passion for working with students in underserved communities and hold a bachelor's degree or higher, along with a valid state teacher license or enrollment in a credentialing program. Effective pedagogical skills driven by standards and data-Driven assessment experience are also required.
