Campus Monitor

The campus monitor is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure school campus by supervising students across various areas before, during, and after school hours. Key duties include monitoring behavior, enforcing technology policies, managing campus access, and intervening early to de-Escalate conflicts using restorative and trauma-Informed methods.

Candidates must possess an associate degree and have experience in security, campus supervision, or front-Desk operations, preferably within a school or youth-Serving setting. A strong understanding of adolescent development and the ability to work respectfully with diverse families, including black, african american, latine/A/O/X, and immigrant communities, is essential.
