Education Support Professional - Intensive Program

This role provides essential classroom, behavioral, and academic support to students requiring tier 2 and tier 3 interventions within a highly structured, therapeutic learning setting. Responsibilities include implementing individualized behavior plans, assisting with instruction, ensuring student safety, and accurately tracking academic and behavioral data.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred, and must be eligible for the wisconsin dpi instructional aide license. A minimum of one year of experience working with students with disabilities or behavioral challenges is preferred, alongside being at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
