Direct Support Professional - Intensive Program

This role involves providing individualized, one-On-One supervision, coaching, and therapeutic support to students in a highly intensive behavioral program, focusing on stabilization and skill-Building. Key duties include assisting with daily living tasks, implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and fostering positive behavior through proactive strategies.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred, and a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. Additional requirements include being at least 21 years old, holding a valid driver's license, and completing 40 hours of behavioral tech training within four months of hiring.
