Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred, and a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. Additional requirements include being at least 21 years old, holding a valid driver's license, and completing 40 hours of behavioral tech training within four months of hiring.
