Core responsibilities
Post-Master's fellows provide psychotherapeutic services to a variety of clients under direct supervision, carrying an active caseload of approximately 12–18 clients built gradually over the first months. Core training activities include 8 hours of supervision monthly, participation in a monthly full-Day seminar, weekly didactic seminars, and monthly case consultation sessions.
Requirements summary
Applicants must possess a master's degree in a relevant field (Psychology, counseling, mft, social work) from an accredited program and have successfully completed a clinically focused master's-Level practicum or internship where individual psychotherapy was the primary activity. Licsw track applicants must hold a current, non-Provisional lgsw before the start date.
