Core responsibilities
Post-Master's fellows provide psychotherapeutic services to a variety of clients under direct supervision, gradually building an active caseload of approximately 12–18 clients across outpatient, couples, family, or intensive outpatient group therapy tracks. Training activities are structured around competency benchmarks and include extensive supervision, monthly seminars, didactic seminars, and case consultation sessions.
Requirements summary
Applicants must possess a master's degree in a relevant mental health field and have successfully completed a clinically focused master's-Level practicum or internship where individual psychotherapy was the primary activity. Candidates must declare a licensure track (Licsw, lmft, or lpcc in minnesota) and must have completed at least 9-12 months of clinic-Based formation focused on outpatient psychotherapy prior to the start date.
