Employment Specialist I

The supported employment specialist i provides direct job coaching and employment supports to individuals with disabilities to help them achieve and maintain competitive integrated employment. This includes conducting assessments, developing employer partnerships, providing transportation when necessary, and ensuring compliance with all agency standards.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related human services field and a minimum of two years of experience in human services, education, or rehabilitation settings. Essential qualifications include strong relationship-Building skills, a person-First approach, valid driver's license eligibility, and obtaining specific certifications like cpr/First aid and acre within six months.
