Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized aba treatment programs under bcba supervision, providing direct 1:1 therapy to children with autism in various settings. Duties also include collecting accurate data, following intervention plans, and communicating progress to supervisors.

Candidates must possess active rbt certification or be willing to obtain it, along with a high school diploma; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience working with children, especially in behavior therapy, is a plus, alongside strong collaboration and feedback implementation skills.
