Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized aba treatment programs under bcba supervision, providing direct 1:1 therapy to children with autism in various settings. Duties also include collecting accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs and assisting with documentation requirements.

Candidates must possess active rbt certification or be willing to obtain it, supported by company training, and hold a high school diploma, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working with children, especially in behavior therapy or special education, is beneficial, alongside strong collaboration and feedback implementation skills.
