Direct Care Worker

The role involves providing sustained, uninterrupted direct supervision of assigned children, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines, and accurately documenting incidents and progress. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least one year of experience in child welfare or a related human services field. Required certifications include first aid and cpr, and fluency in both english and spanish is mandatory for this position.
