Core responsibilities
Bcbas are responsible for the ethical and evidence-Based delivery of behavior analytic services to assigned clients with asd or developmental disabilities, including case management, staff training, and interdisciplinary collaboration. This involves completing assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, recommending therapy hours, and ensuring frequent communication and training with families and caregivers.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master's degree and an active, credentialed bcba in good standing, or hold a master's degree in a related field with a minimum of five years of experience providing behavior analytic services. A thorough understanding of applied behavior analysis (Aba) principles is mandatory.
