Epic Training Specialist-Temporary 8 Months

This role coordinates and maintains training schedules, class rosters, and room assignments for large-Scale ehr training efforts, while managing registrations, attendance tracking, and completion data for accurate documentation and reporting. The specialist also supports training delivery logistics, prepares and analyzes training data, and serves as a central coordination point between trainers, leaders, and project teams.

Candidates must possess strong proficiency in microsoft office applications, especially outlook, excel, and word, along with solid basic computer skills including data entry and file management. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are mandatory due to required travel to several central illinois locations.
