Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will deliver 1
1 applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children aged 2–6, implementing treatment plans covering behavior change, motor skills, daily living, and communication. Responsibilities also include collaborating with professionals, guiding parents, and accurately documenting treatment progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, demonstrate strong reliability, and have reliable transportation to the clinic location. While rbt certification is preferred, the company offers free training and certification for new hires who are willing to complete the required 40-Hour course and pass the exam.
