Behavior Technician, Paid Training!

Behavior technicians provide personalized, one-On-One therapy sessions to children and teens with autism under the guidance of a bcba in clinical, school, or home settings. Key duties include implementing aba-Based treatment plans, managing challenging behaviors, collecting data, and communicating progress to caregivers.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, with the ability to earn rbt certification within 45 days using provided training. A strong commitment to working with children, good communication skills, and integrity are essential, though prior experience with autism is not required.
