Registered Behavior Technician(Gracern Location)

The registered behavior technician will provide one-On-One aba therapy to help young children (Ages 2–6) grow, learn, and thrive by teaching essential life skills, encouraging communication, and supporting families. Responsibilities also include collecting data to track progress and collaborating within a supportive professional team.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, a strong passion for working with children, reliability, and a positive attitude. Applicants must be willing to obtain cpr certification, pass a background check, and either already hold rbt certification or commit to training and earning it, with the company covering the cost.
