Faculty Position - Associate Director of College Counseling

This role involves guiding approximately 120 graduating students through the postsecondary education transition, managing a caseload, and preparing comprehensive narrative letters of recommendation for assigned students. Duties include advising students and families on the application process, course selection, financial aid, and actively engaging in the upper school community through advising or coaching.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of prior experience in either college counseling or college admissions, demonstrating a successful track record with students from initial contact through admission. Essential qualities include strong interpersonal and organizational skills, technological proficiency (Scoir, veracross, etc.), integrity, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working with adolescents and their parents.
