Health educator i

The health educator i is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating health education programs for patients and community members, actively engaging them to adopt and maintain healthy behaviors. This includes developing educational materials, providing direct patient education via face-To-Face and telehealth methods, and collaborating with other departments to assess health needs.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in public health, health sciences, nursing, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in health education or community outreach, including group training. Essential abilities include knowledge of health promotion theories, strong communication skills for diverse populations, proficiency in developing educational materials, and fluency in english/Spanish or english/Armenian.
