26-27 Student Support- Ed Specialist, OC Learning Studio, Hybrid

The education specialist will plan, develop, and implement individualized education programs (Ieps) collaboratively, providing specialized academic, social, emotional, and educational instruction to students with disabilities within a general education classroom setting. This role involves case managing ieps, collaborating with the iep team, adapting curriculum, monitoring progress, and maintaining regular communication with parents.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, including all necessary courses for credential requirements, and hold appropriate special education licensure and required credentials in california, including the aaas (Added autism authorization). Mandatory requirements include successful completion of a student-Teaching/Internship program, experience educating special needs students, and proven skills in classroom behavior management.
