Requirements summary
Candidates must possess an associate's degree in dental hygiene and have 4-6 years of direct clinical practice experience, or 1-3 years in a medical-Dental integrated or school-Based setting. Required licenses include dental hygienist (Dora), basic life support (Bls/Cpr), local anesthesia, and an itr permit.
