This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering communication and education materials for epic ehr users, including creating and maintaining documentation, curriculums, and e-Learnings based on workflow research and system updates. Additionally, the designer will deliver content, support end-Users via tickets and rounding, manage project timelines, and continuously analyze and improve training program effectiveness.

Requirements summary

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with 1-3 years of experience in adult education (Healthcare preferred), or equivalent experience in healthcare or secondary education. Candidates must be self-Motivated team players capable of balancing multiple projects, applying adult learning theory, and possessing strong communication and negotiation skills.
