Direct Support Professional, Integrated Work Day Program

The direct support professional will teach individuals essential social/Life skills, such as communication, mobility, and money management, alongside vocational skills to prepare them for employment. Responsibilities also include supervising individuals during instruction, community outings, and volunteering, while acting as a positive role model.

Candidates must possess patience and compassion, with the ability to interact positively with individuals with disabilities and their families. A valid california driver's license with five years of driving experience and eligibility for auto insurance coverage is mandatory, alongside a high school diploma or ged.
