Direct Support Professional, Day Services

The direct support professional will work with small groups in facility or community settings, leading in-Person and online classes focused on skill development in areas like art, music, cooking, and vocational skills. Responsibilities also include accompanying groups on community outings and potentially assisting individuals with personal care and activities of daily living.

A high school diploma or ged is required, and while previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is desirable, it is not mandatory. Candidates must possess a valid california driver's license with five years of driving experience and be insurable under the company's auto policy, alongside demonstrating cultural awareness and collaboration skills.
