Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will help children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self-Help skills through play-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy. Responsibilities also include engaging in physical activities like pushing, pulling, lifting up to 35 pounds, sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and running as required by client needs.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the united states, have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check. A genuine desire to help children with autism and a willingness to learn about aba are essential characteristics sought by the employer.
