Behavior Technician

The role involves providing one-On-One aba therapy to help children develop skills, gain independence, and track their progress according to personalized treatment plans. Technicians will also collaborate with a supportive team to create positive, lasting change for children and families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the u.s., able to pass a background check, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with reliable transportation. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently change physical positions while maintaining visual supervision of clients.
