Registered Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians are responsible for implementing behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collecting data to monitor treatment plan progress and effectiveness. They must also support the bcba in training families and maintain clear communication with all relevant parties.

Candidates must possess current/Active rbt certification, access to reliable transportation, and a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) is preferred, alongside strong communication and organizational skills.
